Buildings have a huge impact on the environment throughout their life cycle from construction, occupancy up to their demolition. Our mission is to reduce this impact through environmentally designed and operated climate responsive, low carbon, zero energy buildings which contribute to a larger goal of developing sustainable communities.

Founder, Ar. Maithilee Chandratre Shetty, has earned a master’s degree in Integrated Sustainable Design (M.Sc) from the National University of Singapore and also in Environmental Design of Buildings (M.Sc) from Cardiff University, (pursuing) United Kingdom.
