ENVIRONMENTAL CLEARANCE

Environmental Protection Act was established in 1986 in India.

As per the act and its amendments, every development which exceeds 20,000 sq.mt of construction area requires statutory environmental clearance from the state level environmental appraisal committee and authority(SEAC and SEIAA)
